How customer information is collected, used, stored, and protected through the 21st Century Uniform Store.

This Privacy Policy explains how My School Uniforms, a division of Ad It Up LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information through the 21st Century Uniform Store at 21stcenturyuniforms.com.

In this Privacy Policy, “My School Uniforms,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My School Uniforms and its legal owner, Ad It Up LLC. “Store” refers to the 21st Century Uniform Store.

The Store displays the name, logo, colors, and branding of 21st Century. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Store is operated by My School Uniforms and not by the school.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that customers provide when using the Store, creating an account, placing an order, checking out as a guest, contacting customer service, or requesting a return or exchange.

This information may include:

  • Shipping or pickup information

  • Products, sizes, colors, and quantities ordered

The Store may also automatically collect limited technical information through cookies and server logs. This may include an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, shopping cart activity, and information needed to operate and secure the Store.

2. Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout

Customers may create an account to view orders and make future purchases more convenient.

Customers may also place orders using guest checkout without creating an account.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account login information and should contact us if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise
  • Arrange local pickup or shipping

The payment processor collects and processes the information needed to complete a transaction. My School Uniforms and Ad It Up LLC do not receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction amount, payment method type, and a limited portion of the card number used to identify a transaction.

The payment processor’s collection and handling of information are also governed by its own privacy and security practices.

5. Information Shared With the School

The Store is operated by My School Uniforms. We do not provide the school with complete payment information or customer lists for unrelated advertising or marketing.

We may share limited order information with the school when reasonably necessary to confirm uniform requirements, resolve an order issue, respond to a school program question, or protect the rights and safety of customers, the school, or our business.

Any information shared is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the specific purpose.

6. Other Information Sharing

We may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate the Store and complete orders. These may include:

  • A payment processor
  • Website hosting and security providers
  • Email providers used to send order messages
  • Shipping carriers and delivery services

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Inventory management, order preparation, pickup, and fulfillment are handled by My School Uniforms and Ad It Up LLC. We do not send customer orders to unrelated outside fulfillment companies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, employees, business, property, or legal rights.

7. Sale and Advertising Use of Information

We do not sell or rent customer personal information.

We do not provide customer lists to advertising companies.

We do not use customer personal information for targeted advertising across unrelated websites.

8. Cookies and Store Functions

The Store may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to:

  • Maintain shopping carts

Payments are processed through a secure third party payment processor, and we do not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use a secure password and notify us promptly if they believe their account or information has been compromised.

11. Information Retention

Order records, account information, customer communications, and related information generally remain stored while the Store is active.

We may also retain information when needed to:

  • Complete or document a transaction
